In the general service surveys conducted in November, we received feedback on in-house University services from about 1,000 students and over 1,000 staff. In addition, we obtained insights from service staff on the current state of service delivery and the challenges it faces.

The survey for students was completed by 930 students, including 212 doctoral researchers. Meanwhile that for staff had 1,065 respondents, of whom about half were members of teaching and research staff. The response rate for the staff survey was 12%. The survey for service staff attracted 727 responses, translating to a response rate of 44%.
