At the heart of the historic city center, National Library holds cultural heritage archives as well as an extensive research library. Find quiet places to study, and enjoy lunch or coffee at Unicafe Rotunda. If you would like to learn more about the library, register to our guided tutorial, held in October 29 at 14:00 (max. 20 participants). Registration closes on Friday, October 24.
National Library Card
The collections and services are available with National Library Card. Pre-order the card via Application for a National Library Card form, and collect the card from the library service desk, remember to bring personal identification (Passport or EU Identity Card) with you. Please note that home loans are available for holders of a finnish national identity code, but reading room loans and reference library are available for international patrons also.
